Hi,
I am working at very crowded scores which requires a lot of overwrite in condensing.
The usual problem is when I have passages from two instruments, with diferent slur lengths, and I need part of them to be united (either unison, or same stem) in order to simplify optically the score.
Currently I am achieving that with force stem (up/down), Voice index 0 and moving the articulation to right side of the note, and work around to make the ties and slurs to overlap and when is the case ad manually “a2” or “unis.”
In this process I discovered some inconveniences which would be great if to be fixed in the next update.
- Whenever there is a doted note and I use force stem, the dot is doubled vertically. Could it be an option to work around this, or to stack two dots manually? Now is impossible to do that.

Whenever there are slurs or ties involved, when use forced stem, they are not consolidated in one slur. I do it manually by overlapping them (when is about ties) or I use transparent color for slurs. Could it be an option to do that automatically without so much graphic editing?

Sometimes I need to force stem for notes which are not unison. Whenever there is a beaming group, they act chaotically, but with some editing it is solved. The issue is whenever there are ties involved, the beaming bar become stacked and is impossible to overlap the beaming bars. I do a trick by replacing the ties with slurs, but that gives a lot of headaches for manual editing.
Ideally would be that condensing should be upgraded, in order to be able to do this things under slurs without doing so many overwriting, but as I see, there are 3 upgrades since this has been requested and no sign of resolving.
But these smaller things could help achieving the desired result without many major improvement in condensing.
Thank you and if any of you has other suggestion about these things, I am more than welcome to listen.
