Hey everyone. We’re using Cubase for click tracks and backing tracks on studio and live gigs. We also utilize a multi-in and out sound interface to introduce our instruments to Cubase and enable monitors there to hear us through our IEMs. I wonder if it’s possible to use a USB dongle-type wifi adapter to connect an external tablet to the laptop as there’ll be no wifi on live stages or studios we play. What would be the best way to do this connection?
I’ve just found a software called MyPublicWiFi and that turns my laptop into an access point, which I believe would be enough for a tablet to make a connection inbetween.
