One day before I wrote about some problems with Cubase 15. They happilly desappeared in 16-th. But the new one came. Now every time appears new alert. I think, because my keyboard is connected by MIDI, not USB. I can not just run program. I need make 'two step authntification" using Activation Menager.
Do you mean it’s plugged into a USB MIDI interface using MIDI DIN connections?
Otherwise, when you connect a MIDI Controller keyboard to the computer using USB, that is MIDI.
If you changed from using USB to using a separate USB MIDI interface, then Cubase has no idea what’s connected, and won’t be able to find it without help.

No. I mean MIDI in UR22MKII Steinberg. This is only suspicion that it is caused by midi connection. No more idea
Yes. So exactly as I stated, you are connected to the DIN MIDI on the back of the interface (a UR22MKII). Cubase will have no idea what your device is because it shows up as the UR22MKII when checked by name.
Did you connect both DIN MIDI in and DIN MIDI out to the controller? If so, the Cubase startup SysEx discovery request might find it, if the keyboard responds to that.

My keyboard M-Audio Keystation 88es have only MIDI out. And I connect it to MIDI IN of the soundcard. Or you mean both MIDI and USB connection?
USB interface of Keystation 88es is of old type and I had a problems with it. When it is connected to DIN MIDI - it was no problem (but now appears periodically)
P.S.. Tried to connect both - USB and DIN MIDI. Yes, program started with no alerts. But USB in keys in previous version if cubase caused problems during a work.
So, Ok. I will get to know if they appears.
P.P.S.: Checked several time - the result is exellent. DIN MIDI connection plus USB, where DIN MIDI is the main and USB additional, works.
Thanks for resolving!
