I have successfully installed drivers for this device and restarted computer. It is powered up but does not appear as an option in the device set up (Cubase 6). Help!
Did you power it up before starting Cubase? Did you try a complete shutdown?
The unit gets its power for the usb connection - no on button. I restarted the computer which I assume means I shut it off completely. Maybe I’ll try a complete shut down. Thanks for the reply!
Might try trashing Prefs and setting it up again, see sig.
Press the “Advance” button on the back of the UA-25. That allows Cubase to recognize and use the drivers you installed. Otherwise, you will only have access to generic drivers.
