Constant Crashing Forever. please help

Buttons in cubase freeze or cubase just crashes.
Tried everything thru tech support.
Replaced computer, every connection, sound card and all in studio.

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)
10.13.6 (17G65)
3.3 GHz Intel Core i7
16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

Running Cubase 9.5.41.287
using Uad 2 Satellite.
have all apple dongles.
New Cubase dongle.
Arturia Audiofuse sound card.

Everything is up to date

Have you tried in Cubase Safe Start Mode, please?

Could you be more specific, please? What do you mean by “Buttons in cubase freeze or cubase just crashes”? Does it mean you click anywhere and Cubase crashes?

Hi there.
turning on/off or open effects in a channels doesnt work and then it freezes. I can save then when I close it crashes.
Last night I removed all my old unused VSTs and rescanned them. didnt have a crash after that.
I will try Cubase Safe Start Mode if it accrues again.
