Constrain Delay Compensation and clicks during recording

The “Constrain delay compensation” feature seems to be working poorly for me. Most of the plugins are still enabled and even though the latency is close to zero, the resulting audio is literally full of clicks (which is super annoying to discover after a recording session). If I manually disable the plugins flagged as causing the latency in the mixer, I get no clicks at all. How is it possible?

CDC will only disable plugins with latency beyond the compensation threshold you have in your settings. If you’re saying the latency is close to zero, that means it is working correctly.

Latency does not produce clicks. It sounds like you may be experiencing a cpu overload, which is why disabling plugins eliminates the clicks.
