Control Panel for Audio interface not opening

I have a audient ID14 mk2 and when I try open the control panel within cubase studio setup: nothing happens… I would like to adjust my buffer size but i cant… I am using the Aiso audio driver for my audio interface.

Doesn’t open on my Mk 1 either, but you can change it through the iD mixer (at least on Windows 10).

I don’t know this interface, but when I had a Presonus 44vsl I had the same. I needed to open separately the application for the card and there I was able to change buffer size. Today I have a Steinberg interface and the panel opens within Cubase.

I have the same problem! ¿any solution?

Contact the maker of the audio interface. It is their responsibility.

@luca.silv18 i found the issue. You have to open the program separately with this interface. While you are running cubase, open you ID app and you can change the buffer size from there.
