Apologies if this has already been answered, but I’ve had a hard time finding it.
Cubase 7.5
The new control room appears to have abandoned the use of a mixer channel when recording external inputs. Originally I could see the input levels in a mixer channel before recording. Now I can only record to a mixer track if I select “Ext. In” in the routing - but it still does not show any levels. The only way I can do any level-checking is with the Ext In mini-meter in the CR panel. Is there a way to allow meter visibility of Ext In connections in the main mixer?
