In previous versions of Cubase I could select a WAV via mouse right click, select copy, right click, select paste. This doesn’t seem to be an option in C6. Is that right or did I miss something?

They should be under the Edit section when you right-click, Phil. Hovering over the part and hitting Alt then left clicking allows to to drag a copy of the file to a new location, also.
Hiya Nate. Right clicking just brings up drawing and colour options if memory serves. I want to avoid using the keyboard as much as possible when editing. Used to be you could right click and copy then paste where you like. I can’t seem to do that with C6. I’ll have another mess around with it. Couldn’t find anything in Prefs so it must be somewhere else I’d hope…

highlight part - hold shift - right click - edit - copy/pate
I know but I’m trying to eliminate the need for the keyboard when doing such things.
Are you sure Pop Up Toolbox on Right Click isn’t enabled in Prefs?
Just checked that Nate, not an option when I right click. Changing the feckin colour is but something useful isn’t

The setting’s in File-Prefs-Editing-Tools, Phil. Make sure it isn’t checked.
