The copy and paste function doesn’t even work anymore, I sent a ticket 3 hours ago about the issue where the settings are lost, but it doesn’t even work in the same song when you copy and paste with the mouse button, while if you do command c and command v it works but loses the settings of the copied layer.

Windows or Mac?
On the Mac I can use the context menu to copy/paste layers with all settings kept as expected, 2.2.97 & 3.0.17
tested with 3.0.16 and issue happens
tested with 3.0.17 works fine
so check your current version first 
It doesn’t even work with 17, neither in Windows nor in Mac

But can you locate your User-Documents folder. Find the folder “VSTLive/templates”. Zip that folder and drop it here.

.. ah, a windows machine could finally play the video. And I could reproduce the issue. The problem is your language setting.
It’s fine with “english”.
