For some reason if I set Preferences/Editing/Tool Modifiers/Drag & Drop/Copy=CTRL, it STILL doesn’t SNAP 
I have of course set the Constraint Direction=none. It’s like Constraint Direction is there anyway. So WHY is there even an option to set the Constraint Direction=none if this doesn’t work???
I’ve heard that the Constraint Direction is hard coded to the CRTL key though. But what is the purpose of the Constraint Direction option then??? Why is it even there??
