Lets say I have an audio clip i want on beat 2 in every bar, is there a fast way in Cubase for copy?

Yes, make an Audio Part, which is 1 bar long. Put the Clip to the Audio Part. Then Duplicate the Audio Part.
Thx, but I was aware of that. If not a faster way, Im suggesting Steinberg make a command; when copying with alt key, you can paste multiple times with right mouse button. This would speed up workflow.
