"Copy files to working directory" prompt bubble gone

Good day,

I used to get a prompt “Copy files to working directory” when i import audio, or move audio to track.
Open options dialog is selected in preferences, but i no longer see the prompt bubble.

Anyway i can restore this?

Are you running 7.5? Do you import from the pool? I do this all this time and know the check box is there.
