i.e. Copy a written C5 piccolo to flute. The flute will paste as C6. It’s pasting as sounds instead of as written. Anyway to copy as written.
Yes, music copies as it sounds (which is ordinarily what’s wanted – think about the mess that would result with transposing instruments otherwise!).
To make the piccolo music work on flute, simply paste, then (while the notes are still selected) press Ctrl+Alt+down arrow (or Cmd+Opt+down arrow) to transpose down the octave.
