Copying all setting from one project to another

Thus all settings also page size of parts, margins etc.

I did try using the library manager, and switched everything on. But e.g. the page sizes of the parts are not transferred.

What can I do?

To import the layout options into all your parts, you must choose the source Layout, a target layout (one of the parts), and select “Copy to All Part Layouts” (bottom left)
