What is your vertical alignment set to? Can you attach project?
My money is on the fact that you have a hidden carriage return in your copyright info box, so it thinks there are two lines of text when there aren’t, and it is centering both.

Yea, I thought that as well and I made sure there were no hidden carriage returns in the page template (Ha! I had to edit this because Romano’s showed me there WAS an extra carriage return in the Project Info dialog. sheesh)
Hmmmm, where would I set vertical alignment? And what is being vertically aligned exactly? Here’s the project file…

When you have a text frame selected (either Engrave mode Frames tool, or in the Page Template editor), then there is a property in the lower panel, which set whether the text in the frame aligns to the top, the middle, or the bottom.
