To use the Steinberg CI on Mavericks OS do I need both the new driver AND a “CoreAudio2ASIO patcher” Or is the new driver the the “CoreAudio2ASIO patcher”? If not, can you direct me to where it may be downloaded, please ….

The CoreAudio2ASIO patcher updates compatible Cubase installations only. In case you are running an older Cubase version, the patcher will have no effect. In this case, have a look here:

The latest Yamaha Steinberg USB driver (1.8.3) needs to be installed additionally.
