Correcting Enharmonic Spellings in Key Signatured Passages

I imported an XML file. In an un-transposing instrumental part, I have a key signature of C minor (Bb, Eb, Ab), but Ab-s within the bar are spelled as G#.

How can I fix these enharmonic spallings globally, so that Dorico takes account the instrument’s key signature when spelling its notes?

All I can find in the manual (helpful) is this (the algorithms for showing step-wise motion clearly, look great):

…but this does not address spelling defaults.
