Corrupted text in dialog boxes and status line

Hi all,
Recently upgraded to Cubase 8 (8.0.30) on Windows 10. Every once in a while I start seeing labels being corrupted (cropped) in dialog boxes and overlapping text on the status line. I’ve attached screenshots. Any ideas what is causing this and how to resolve?

Hi,

Can you try to disable Preferences during the Safe Star Mode? Would be interesting, if Preferences are affected, or if it’s another issue.

Looks like upgrade to Cubase 8.5 solved the issue. Hurray.
