could not create record file...

Hello, my Cubase shows me this popping window “could not create record file”. I can’t record or play some channels.
What should I do in order to fix it?

UPDATE:
It’s working. but i have now another problem. after importing mp3/wav files into the project it won’t play and won’t show even waveforms.

Can anyone suggest why this is happening, I just opened a project that played back fine, now when I click on any channel I get the error message “can’t create record file”
This is stopping me importing and recording audio??
Cubase 10, UR22 up to date drivers etc
