Is there a way to create a count-in for the audio file that will be exported from the score? (It would be good not to change anything in the score.)
I think the suggestion has been made to create a count-in flow that you can append for the audio file but not include in layouts designed for printing.
(You would have to change the default pause between flows for this.)

I wish I had thought of it myself, but others have gone there before.
The advantage of a separate flow is that it can be duplicated (and modified) for use elsewhere.
