I did a theme song for a PBS Kids show pilot that began its life in Studio One. The sound design for the animation elements was done in Reaper and the voice actors cut the vocals and subsequent mix was in Pro Tools. If I was using Nuendo at the time, it would have probably been included in the stew.

These are just tools and the “one DAW to rule them all” thing I see in forums is dumb. Between AAF transfers (which aren’t perfect) and audio bounces, we’re not limited to one tool. I easily move files between programs. Use whatever gets the job done.
