CPU Usage is 100% in a Simple Project

Hello there!
Have anybody here experienced an over the top CPU usage in almost an empty project in 12.0.30?

Since I upgraded to 12.0.30 my CPU usage has been very high and it’s impossible to work.
Nothing has changed in my setup, plugins i start my project with are XO, Kick2 and Spire 1.5.

Of course I tried to increase the buffer size, but it doesn’t help.

Hello. If you haven’t yet, try activating ASIO guard and set its priority to a value that works.

Would be helpful if you stated what OS and hardware specs. Not much to really help u with except say user error…
