CRASH: DOP: McDSP SA2 crashes Nuendo on apply

Hi,
As in the title Direct Offline Processing crashes instantly after Apply (to one or more selected events).
Is this expected behavior on multiple regions? Plug in is up to date.
Crashlog is attached

SMALL Addition: My Fireface UC output volume (Totalmix) is reset after a crash and relaunch. How can I stop that?

I have the problem with SA2 that it stop audio from passing through after adjusting the parameters.

Hmm that’s a different problem i think, but it does give reason to doubt SA2 and not Nuendo.

I had the same crash with an instance of Reverence… which is a steinberg plug in…
