since I installed Cubase 12 I have a crash when I import the project track configuration to another track. The new update has not solved the problem. I’ve reset the cubase preferences and it didn’t work either. In Cubase 11 it works perfectly.

, in case it helps, here i add the same error on a different computer although the operating system is Catalina and it is not supported, cubase 12 works but i get the same error.

This crash comes from Cubase 12.0.10. Update to the latest Cubase 12.0.20, please. Moreover you are using unsupported macOS 10.15. Only macOS 11 and macOS12 are officially supported.
Yes, I know, but since it is the same error that I have in cubase 12.0.20 in moterey, I thought it could be useful.
The more I update and the more money I spend on Cubase (since Cucase 6) the worse things go. New and better computers, paid intermediate upgrades and I never have a version of Cubase where everything works correctly.
