Crash on startup. Version 11.1.10 on Windows 11

Hi, all. I’m getting a repeatable crash a few seconds after startup. No matter whether I open to a particular file or no file at all. Two questions:

  1. Is there a crash dump or any state files I should send in so the problem can be looked at?
  2. How do I get past this? Is there the equivalent of a “safe mode” startup or something? I suspect this might be due to a plug-in since the crash occurs a second or two after the master section populates.

Erase this file:
\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\WaveLab Pro 11\Preferences\General.dat
End erase this folder:
\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\WaveLab Pro 11\Cache\Window Config\
