On Cubase Pro 11 and Im setting up a template. I added expression maps and was adjusting remote key info to fit my template. Twice it just poofed, no error/message. Another time it happened as I hit save after adjusting all of the expression map stuff. My whole PC rig is new (see sig) and havent had any crashes until my 3 this week. doing this. Should also mention that I am using the Arturia Essentials 88 as a MIDI contoller/keyboard
