my cubase doesnt work and give me a message crashdumps/cubase 11.0.0.300 64bit 2020.12293.59.50.783.dmp
what is the solution to this problem…?
The dmp file is a memory snapshot of the application that has just crashed and gives information such as the callstack of the code that was last executed when the app crashes.
I think someone from the support should have that files sent to know what is the problem. Just with the info provided in your request it is impossible to know what is the cause.
Does it crash when you start it?
When you do some operation in particular?

So you need to send the .dmp files located here on your machine
If it is a windows machine:
C:\Users\<your_username>\Documents\Steinberg\CrashDumps\
to the support.
