Create Groove Agent 3/4, 6/8, 9/12 grooves from 4/4?

Hi, there are very few grooves other than 4/4 in GA. How easy is it to create a 3/4 6/8 or 9/12 pattern so they fit a lot of the tunes I write?
many thanks, Simon

Posts used to add a list of all my kit but maybe this stopped when the forum changed. For now I use Cubase 11 and Groove Agent 5.

I got the same question

same goes for commercial loops like Zero-G

Maybe I’m missing something here, but I’m going to go ahead anyways…
You’re never going to fit 4/4 into 3/4 etc, without some extensive editing. Into 12/8, maybe.
But why don’t you just drag the pad with the Pattern to a MIDI track and edit it there? Then drag it back to GrooveAgent and save it?

Don’t know how to edit it in a midi track

you can edit a groove in the Daw. but also the other way. create een empty midi track event in the daw in 9/8 for example or a midi event with a groove en drag this into groove agent on an empty pad and make maybe some edits or adjustments in GA and save it.
