Hey all. This feature would be wonderful. I have my tracks in folders so if I’m breaking out a string section I go to that folder and want to create 8-12 parts on different tracks in the same range. However, there is no easy way to do this. Right now I have to use the pencil tool and create 12 seperate parts. Or I can create one and option-drag to the parts below.
Here are my feature requests that would aid in this:
- A key command that creates parts in range on selected tracks would be awesome
- A Range/Pencil hybrid tool in the arrange window that would allow me to create parts both horizontally (current functionality) as well as vertically across tracks that are adjoining.
- At least the ability to option-drag/alt-drag/ctrl-drag etc…a part to multiple other parts
