Nuendo user. I’m creating a macro to Quantize, Add Legato to overlap notes, Delete overlaps. Next thing would be to move the first note forward 1/16th note because it’s not a legato. I’d love to be able to do that automatically. I can make the first 3 things happen, but don’t know if there’s a way to move the first note from the whole section automatically without deselecting everything and reselecting the first note. Any way to do that? Thanks!
There isn’t really any mechanism that lets you limit your action to a single Note without also specifying which note. The Logical Editor lets you select Notes based on their position within a bar. But I assume you only want to do it on the first bar. Not sure if the LE can Select items based on absolute position, but that’s where I’d look.
Also don’t know if the LE differs between Cubase & Nuendo
