Hi everyone,
sorry if I didn’t find what could be here and/or in the manual yet but I tried to (and I still am doing…).
I wanted to insert a 1/2C VII playing technique with PT popover but I realised I haven’t one (I’m using custom library @andyforrest kindly provided in this forum and I could have accidentally deleted it even if I would exclude) so I tried to create it both starting from an existing PT or from scratch but I still can’t understand how to add the VII roman number to the 1/2C glyph I found on smufl website or, let’s say, ad I to a 1/2CVI existing PT… Could someone please address me to the right way to do it?
Doing my tries I created a new PT (wrong) but it appears to be not erasable while others are? Is there a specific reason?
Thank you for helping,
Art
Well, in case it helps, here is the original PT file I posted and an example file posted by Daniel which is probably the safest way to go; it seems to use the same popover controls as I used.

Current PTs.dorico (751.0 KB)
Example positions.dorico (1.4 MB)
I should add that I didn’t use the ready made glyphs but built them up from ½ and uppercase letters.

Hi @andyforrest ,
you’re really very kind!
I downloaded your CurrentPT.dorico file, some times ago, from another thread but I probably did something wrong along the way and (maybe) I damaged it so thanks for sending me it again!
You’re way more expert than I am in Dorico and I still miss something in the PT creating process itself even if I thing I guess the different way you mean… I’ll do my experiments again…
Best,
Art
