If you already have a lead sheet … Add a 0-line staff (I posted one that works with D5 here) Copy the notes and lyrics to it (as lyrics are attached to notes) Hide the noteheads, stems, and accidentals. You can do this in Properties panel in Engrave. You can’t hide ties so select all the notes and cut the ties with U Remove Rests In Setup, set the chord symbols to display on the 0-line staff, then use Select More and move them into position in Engrave. Welcome to the forum, @Steckdosentier. I have indeed taken the liberty of moving your post to its own thread. You can freely switch between showing chord symbols based on letter name roots and Nashville numbers: on the Chord Symbols page of Engraving Options, choose the Root appearance option to Nashville. You can alternatively choose the Nashville preset from the Chord symbol preset drop-down at the top of the page.

Inputting horizontal lines
You presumably would have to insert the underlines for more than one “chord” number in a bar yourself. (Perhaps there is a way to do it using lyrics, or Playing technique?)
