Cross-stave beaming CORNERS

Hello,

There is a longstanding issue with notation software (not just Dorico) vs Cross-staff beaming and which is wrong choice of when to flip the secondary beam above or below the “main” beam.

Gould only mentions this very casually at page 316 and doesn’t explain it (and doesn’t even respect it right after in page 317 in her top right example).
So I made this “slideshow” to explain the rule about beam corners (at least how I understand it as an engraver based on what I have witnessed in the practice displayed in quality literature)

Dorico handles all of these cases correctly, except for the last illustrated one.

For the last example, you can use this option to erase the corner.
