Crossgrade from Studio One+ (not Hybrid)

I’m curious if it is possible to be eligible to crossgrade from StudioOne+ subscription?

I would assume the answer is no as you must own the software. Last time I checked a subscription is a leasing/renting solution.

I think the answer is “Yes”. As I recall they ask you to send a pick of your daw with the license showing or something like that. When you are on one of the Studio One rental plans it is exactly like you own it during that time. I like Studio One, but hate their rip off subscription plan. I payed for 4 years and in the end I still don’t own Studio One. So I payed nearly $1000 to borrow Studio One from them. I’m thankful for the Cubase cross-grade offer, without it I may not have made the switch!
