Crossgrade offer from PT to cubase 10

Hi,
Is pro tools on a monthly subscription (paid monthly) qualifying for the 30Y crossgrade offer to cubase 10?

Sorry, but the monthly subscriptions do not qualify for this.

Any reason why is that? Isn’t the idea of a crossgrade to get a customer to switch to your DAW from a different one, why would the money spent or plan gotten from the other one matter if at the end of the day the customer switches to Cubase?

Because the applications we get from users with monthly subscriptions range from many months over one month to expired. Where should we draw the line? This is why we only accept permanent license purchases at least for now.
