Sometimes CTRL + Mouse allows No Snap Selections, but in some songs it’s a scrubber (tries to play the .wav though I don’t hear anything). How can I make it a No Snap Selection all of the time?
Is it me, or is the manual seriously lacking? Search NEVER finds solutions to my problems.
