Cubase 10.0.20 change File Open/Save Dialog Box

Hello guys,
after doing the Cubase upgrade 10.0.20 the File Open/Save Dialog Box have changed.
See the picture.
Can you help me please?

On OSX is fine…

Change the ‘File Type’ from . to *.cpr
. means show all files all types
*.cpr means show all files of only cpr types

Hello guys,
and thank you so much for your attention.
I may have made myself misunderstood: is not a problem of “File Type” but but a problem with displaying objects,
I’ll attach two screens with arrows to make it clearer.
