Cubase 10.0.20 vstscannermaster issue

Hi. I just downloaded the update 10.0.20, I get this problem when opening the shortcut “vstscannermaster for vst3 plugins is not found” and does not detect any third-party plugin.

On the other hand, if I open cubase from the installation path, version 10.0.15 opens correctly.

How can I solve this problem? I have already reinstalled the update 10.0.20 several times.

Do I understand you right, you have multiple Cubase 10.0.x installations in your system? Officially only installation on the system C drive is supported. I expect, this an installation error. Cubase expected this component at some folder, where the component is not present.
