CUBASE 10.5.12 CRASH WHEN I EXPORT MIXDOWN

hello, after the installation of update 10.5.12 when i export audio mixdown cubase stops, it freezes and it is windows which invites me to close the application. There are no other possibilities.
I noticed that if I use generic low latency asio driver I can render audio mixdown without cubase stopping then I uninstalled and reinstalled yamaha asio driver v 1.10.4 but the problem persists. Has anyone encountered the same problem? Anyone have a solution how to fix this?
thank you

I do not understand why in the dump is written windows 7 while I am under windows 8

Him,

First of all, Cubase 10.5 is not officially compatible with Windows 7.

Attach the whole DMP file here to be able to resolve it.

MAYBE YOU HAVE NOT READ WELL what I wrote in my answer. I’m not on windows 7! This is the first thing that surprised me in dmp. I am under windows 8.1 and cubase worked perfectly on my pc.
I copied all the contents of the dmp file, there is nothing more whether you believe me or not!

Maybe you should check the system requirements for Cubase 10.5

64-bit Windows 10 Version 1903, 64-bit Windows 10 Version 1809

you are right. it’s not cool that the cubase installer does not warn of Windows version incompatibility!

Hi,

Windows 8.1 is not supported neither. Windows 10 only.

I just came under w10 I will test later
