Hi, I’m new to the forum. has anyone had any issues with connecting the PreSonus Studio 1824c interface. I can’t get mine to work. It works as my main sound system and in other applications, but not Cubase 10.5. Any pointers would be appreciated. I have the latest drivers and reinstalled Cubase with no luck.
The PreSonus is listed in the ASIO drop-down but when you switch to it I’m told the device isn’t connected.
My system is a Dell XPS i9 with 32gbs and 1tb ssd. Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650, plus 2x 4k monitors
