my cubase is randomly crashing without pushing the Mac at all

Hi, I am on same version and on a apple silicon. I don’t think C 10.5 is ported to silocon and just runs in rossetta. Steinberg also don’t support 10.5 either.
For the most part, I don’t have many issues running 10.5 on mac silocon. I would suggest, disable plugins one by one until it stops crashing. it could be a 3rd party plugin causing it.
