Cubase 10.5 BUG? MediaBay playing sounds with a short loop, not from the beginning

For Example, my project has 140 tempo, duration - 27seconds, .wav drum loop only 90bpm (duration 14seconds), I pressed play with Align Beats to Projects, but loop starts playing not from the beginning! Look to screenshot:

Hi,

In the upper part of the Previewwr (where the ruler is), you can set a Left and Right Locators to make a loop (then there is a green overlay). It seems these locators are set somehow (but not visible).
