Maybe this will be useful for developers.
I regularly have issues with Cubase crashing after closing a project window (which leaves only the Cubase menu bar). I can usually open at least two projects, but after closing the second one Cubase most often will crash.
This error popped up this time as I was restarting my computer (while the “Cubase crashed…” screen was up) to free the audio driver so that I can restart Cubase…
