Cubase 10.5 Midiman 4x4 aniversary

Hi Cubase is not recognising my Midisport 4x4 it is installed and working correctly regardless Cubase is not recognising it any advice apreciated.

Is the driver 64-bit, please?

Yes it is the latest Driver released in 2013 64bit

Hi, I have resolved this issue the problem was I had connected the Midiman via a USB extension (perhaps due to my licencing dongle being also located there?) when I switched that to directly to the spare USB port on my PC it worked first time.
