I’m experiencing serious issues during scoring of a specific *.mov video.
Importing the video + audio tracks into the project is no problem, but as soon as I try to open the video player, Cubase becomes unresponsive, forcing me to end its process through the Windows task manager. In case I started playing back the video before I open the video player, the audio continues playing in the background.
I solved the issue now by re-exporting the video into another format in Premiere Pro, but as you can imagine, I’d like to know how to effectively counteract this problem if it occurs again in the future.
Any idea what could be going on here?
