Cubase 10.5 Problem with synsopos

Hello
After update to 10.5 i have this problem with elicenser

Soft licenser is lost… also all licenses.

After online sycn in elicenser i see this error

Cubase not start and show me this error

all permission is on


i tried

  1. Re-instal elicenser
  2. Re-instal cubase 10.5
  3. Instal Again cubase 10.0.50

did not help.
What happened? Pls help

Have you installed the very latest eLCC version, please? Which version is installed now?

As far as I can see, Soft-eLicenser Number has not been created. Download eLicenser Helper, please.

And this app instal old version of elicenser…
