I update my cubase 10 to 10.5 and i find out that video export command is not exist…
Any suggestion please???

tried removing defaults.xml, which has not remedied the problem.

Windows 7 and Windows 8 is not supported with Cubase 10.5. This is one of the known issues.
On Windows 10 the menu entry is present.
