is it possible to switch the editing to another “playlist” within one(!) track?
Imagine editing a melodyned track, copying it onto another playlist and then bouncing it there to a new audio file. This way you can always get back to your editing on the hidden playlist.
A workaround would be using two different tracks and hiding the edited track in the arrange and/or mixer, of course.
How would you approach Melodyne at all in Cubase regarding collecting ARA2 Files in larger projects for keeping good cpu performance. Do hidden tracks avoid cpu load for instance?
