I have up grade from cubase 6.5 to cubase 10 but my pc processor is i3 quad core ram 8gb, if I record multi track audio with cubase 10 without vst plugin, can I work properly ?

There’s a demo I believe right? If so, just try it. But yeah, if you’re mostly doing audio with no plugins I’d bet your PC is fine if it’s running Cubase 6 fine right now. None of that is particularly processor intensive.
